2. Pre-series products
During the initial launch phase, products are manufactured in a pre-series stage.
Therefore, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, although we will ship as quickly as possible.
Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed exclusively through www.papersound.it.
Customers are responsible for verifying their information before confirming the purchase.
4. Prices, taxes and availability
- All prices include 22% VAT.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- For non-EU orders, duties and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Temporary shortages may occur due to pre-series production. In such cases customers may opt for:
- Waiting
- Replacement
- Refund
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card
- PayPal
All payments are processed securely through certified third-party services.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Creative Srl is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure.
7. Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under EU and Italian law.
For defects, we require the product to be returned for inspection prior to replacement.
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers may return items within 14 days from delivery.
Not eligible for return (unless defective):
- customised items
- made-to-measure items
- items already replaced once
Items must be returned unused, with original tags, accessories and packaging.
Refunds are issued within 5 working days after the return is received (shipping fees excluded).
For non-EU returns, re-importation fees will be deducted.
9. Defective items
Defects must be reported within 48 hours, including photos and order number.
If confirmed, a replacement will be processed as soon as possible.
10. Damaged packaging upon delivery
If the package is visibly damaged, the customer must sign “ACCEPTANCE WITH RESERVE” and notify us within 24 hours.
11. Return procedure
Email request to info@papersound.it, including:
- item code
- preferred option (replacement, voucher, refund)
Shipment must occur within 5 working days from our authorization.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Jurisdiction: Court of the registered office of Creative Srl (Rome).
